Garlic Chicken Broth
8 cups organic, free-range chicken broth
15-20 cloves of garlic, minced
2 cups frozen whole leaf spinach
1 TBSP ginger
1 TBSP paprika
pinch of red pepper
1/2 cup lemon juice, freshly squeezed
• Put all ingredients in large stock pot
• Cook on medium-high heat until garlic is soft
• Pour into large mug or soup bowl and sip slowly
• Enjoy . . . and feel better!
Connie’s Comments:
If I don’t have chicken broth on hand, I use Better-Than-Bouillon Roasted Chicken Base (follow
instructions for measuring amounts). I also like to flavor with Bragg’s Organic Sprinkle-24
Herbs & Spices Seasoning in place of the paprika and red pepper. If you desire a more-than-
broth consistency, you may like to add some Traditional German Egg Noodles. Yum! This is a
guaranteed comfort soup for cold Winter days!
